East Coast Trail

Descripción

The run takes you away from tarmac, pavements, traffic and noise. Between Sæby and Lyngså - all the way to the East Coast lies the Professor's Plantage. This consists of many different pine tree species, the area here is designated by the EU as a Habitat area (protected).

Good forest paths, views, heath, tracks, sea hills and beach runs take you around the beautiful East Coast on a well-marked route. The race has been given the title Trail Light, solely because here you are sure not to run in mud up to your knees.
