Start and finish are at the car park at Storebru at the junction between RV5 and FV615 (midway between Florø and Førde). You run in the direction of Hyen. In 5 km you turn around after 2.5 km, in 10 km you turn around in 5 km (at Løkkebø) and the half marathon has a turn around after 10.548 km (at Krokstadvatnet). In all the distances, you run the same way back the same way to the finish line at Storebru.
