Espe Rundt

Espe Rundt is a 7 km long endurance race that is organized every week from Easter to the elk hunt. The trail goes on fine paths and some forest road around the lake Espe just southeast of Birkeland. The first kilometers can be a bit heavy as there are some long uphills. The trail record from 2004 is just under half an hour. At the last race of the season, the hunt starts based on the three best races throughout the summer.
