The Follotrimmen consists of 8 races at different locations in Follo, with different distances, surfaces and trail profiles. Follotrimmen is a unique sporting social event, perfect for those who want to experience the joy of running together with your colleagues and friends. You choose whether you want to participate in time, or complete the distances without time. Here you can compete against yourself, or test your strength against other runners.
