Cannonball race from Barrit Kultur og Idrætscenter

Half-marathon and round run

Registration: by SMS to Flemming Østergaard 30313319 - please write race date, distance (HM or round) and full name

- only when confirming that if there is space, send money via mobilepay to box: 1031HU (FunRunByFlemming), REMEMBER Name and date of race and HM or Round in reference.

ROUTE:

Route marked with orange wire flags and arrow signs, Running is primarily on asphalt though with approx. 1 km of gravel & grass.

Half marathon: 2 rounds of approx. 7.53 km and a shortened final lap of approx. 6.04 km

Lap race: Optional choice between the two routes of 7.53 km and 6.04 km respectively (2 - 3 laps in total)

DEPOT\ n Water, cola, snacks etc. during the race

After the race there is of course cake.

TOILET / BATHROOM / CHANGING

Toilet at the start / finish

Possibility of changing and showering after the race

Running at your own risk and applicable traffic rules are observed.

The race is held according to current Klub100HM rules.

(If there are less than 5 participants, the right is reserved to cancel the race)
