On Saturday 6 January 2024, Frank Sievers will run his HM no. 500!

It will be swept with running and, of course, social fun.

The marathon and half-marathon start at 9.00 and half marathon start at 11.00 - Frank starts at 11.00

Start and finish are at Krogen 1 in Grindløse. There is an opportunity to change clothes and a toilet in the parish yard, where there will also be fun with coffee and cake after the race.

There will be a depot with sweet, salty, soft drinks and water.
