Hinderskogen Backyard Trail

Descripción

The Hinderskogen Backyard Trail goes in a round of 6.2 km and 156 meters in height. The participants run between 1 and 8 rounds with opportunities to rest between each round. A new round starts every hour and to start the next round you must have reached the finish line in less than an hour.

On the 8th round, the three fastest women and men are chosen.
