The start is from Ladbyvej 33, Højbjerg.

The run is a semi-well-known route of 8.4 km, super fine in the city and forest, which is run 5 times. The route will be marked with small pink flags. There is a single climb inside the forest of approx. 200 m. Altogether there is approx. 400 hm. There is a depot with water, cola and banana.

There is a medal and diploma, and there is food and drink after the race.

Max 10 participants. The race will also be advertised on Runagain.
