Jakob Marathon

Jakob Marathon has been organized since 1977 in connection with Jakobs Dagar.

The course runs in a four-lap course that starts from Centralplan and goes out through Staffansnäs, along Skutnabbavägen and on to Gamla Bennäsvägen, back towards the center, past Aspegren's garden and towards Skolparken . After that, you run along Alholmsgatan under the Strengberg clock, through the old wooden district Skata and out onto Ebba Braheesplanaden and then on towards Centralidrottsplan.

In addition to the marathon, the program also includes Femman, Kvarten and Halvan. Come along and experience a high summer running party in the center of Jakobstad!
