Kadaverløpet

The Kadaverløpet is the most traditional sports event at NMBU.

It is a long-distance orienteering race through Follo's forests, organized annually (and without a stop) since 1958. The route is often on small-scale maps

(1:30 - 50000) with posts that are easy to find. The challenge is to make the best road choices, and to finish.

The runners are transported to a secret starting point, and from there have to find their way back to the finish line at Eika sports centre.

The winning time is approx. 3 hours, while Supercadaveret is often out for 8 or 9. No matter what level you are at, we promise a tough challenge (almost) everyone can handle.
