Kvasshovden Opp

Uphill race up to the top of Kvasshovden 1030 m. Start in the center of Ulvik, Brakanes. Up in Kvasshovden there will be 3 drink stations: Børsheim, Gunnarsete and at the finish line. Børsheim is about 3 km behind and 230 meters above sea level. Gunnarsete is located in the upper part of the forest belt and comes after 5.5 km and 600 meters of altitude. After crossing the finish line, it will be possible to get a drink, but we recommend that you take the trip down to Gunnarsete or pray with water from Gunnarsete and up.

All participants in the competition class must have a bag with clothes and food for the trip (both up and down! ).

It is mandatory to have a rucksack or vest which must contain packing according to the self-rescue principle.
