Nordvest Maraton

Nordvest Maraton is the oldest marathon in Sunnmøre and is organized in Hareidlandet. The track runs in a varied circular route of 21 km along Grimstadvatnet and around Snipsøyrvatnet, starting and finishing at Hareid Stadium. The surface is mostly asphalt, but there are also a few kilometers of gravel. Along the way there are a couple of tough hills, but no worse than the fact that it is possible to put pressure on this great trail.

In recent years there has been an increasing number of both local, national and international participants.
