Nyttårstrimmen

Nyttårstrimmen is an exercise race in Grenland, starting in Porsgrunn and finishing in Skien. Nyttårstrimmen has been running every New Year's Eve since 1975 and is actually Norway's oldest exercise run that is still organized.

The trail length of 10 km is an approved distance, so that the race is included in the national statistics for approved 10 km times. The trail has relatively little hills and is considered fast.
