Oppegårdmila

Descripción

The Oppegårdsmila is organized with a start and finish on Østre Greverud artificial grass. The trail runs partly on artificial grass, partly on asphalt and mostly on paths and forest roads. There are several distances to choose from and the course to 10 km runs two laps in a 5 km circular course.

All participants in the Micromila of 500 meters and the Minimila of 2 km will receive a medal at the finish line. Participants under the age of 20 in the Half Mile and Mila receive a medal at the finish line.
