Perhaps the world's most beautiful Backyard Ultra? The course that contains the most, beautiful beaches, tractor roads, rock, asphalt roads and mountains.

The concept behind the "Backyard" race involves running a lap of 6.7 km, or 4.167 miles, every hour. Randaberg Backyard is designed as a social and inclusive race, where the participants themselves decide how many of the 12 laps they want to run, with the option of completing 50 miles / 80 km.

Each lap starts every full hour, and it is therefore important to develop a strategy that suits one's own pace. The faster you run, the longer the break you get between laps. Between races, Friluftslivet's house acts as a break room where participants can relax and discuss the race with each other. This gives a social and supportive atmosphere to the event.
