The Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k & 5k courses are super flat, making for the perfect introductory event for first time runners of all ages and abilities. Make a commitment to your running and fitness goals by signing up.

Starting at the historic Sydney Rocks area, the 10k & 5k course is a one lap loop that hugs the harbour foreshore to ensure spectacular views throughout. The course travels along Hickson Rd, through Cockle Bay, Darling Harbour, through stunning Barangaroo Reserve and back into the Rocks to the finish line near the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay.
