Forusløpet

The Forus race (Formerly Forus Perseløp) runs on a flat and very fast course. In 2020, Jacob Ingebrigtsen took part and set a new Norwegian record in this course. The race uses seeding of the entrants to ensure that the supposedly fastest run first. This avoids a lot of overtaking which can be common in exercise races. All participants must therefore enter their expected race time when registering.

The race is open to both active and exercisers and is a perfect opportunity to test the form and try to beat the distance.
