Descripción

The record race is a street running cup with the motto "The hunt for Norway's fastest routes". Here, the elite and exercisers meet side by side in six Norwegian cities/towns to test themselves on the fast tracks. In autumn 2020 at the latest, this was underlined when Karoline Bjerkeli Grøvdal set a new Norwegian record for a 5 km street race in the Spikkestad Record Run.

The 5 km course at Spikkestad consists of a round of just over 2 km which is run twice. Similarly, the 10 km course consists of a 5 km loop that is run twice. To participate in the street running cup, participants must complete at least 2 out of 6 races. If you participate in several races, the two best individual results apply to the cup.
