Rico´s Social Run - On Tour 2

We are followed by, run together, socially and with lots of fun

Then we are going on tour again, really on tour - Over the course of March and April we are going around 4 municipalities and take a look at the areas.

The routes will be 21.1 km and are planned from home, then they will be thrown into my watch and then we will go on a trip in, for me, unknown territory.

All races will be a long round of 21.1 km so that we can get around the corners well and the food will be from the rucksack/running vest that we brought.

* 19 April at 17:30 - Farvskov Municipality (sunset 19:35)

Distances:

- ½ Marathon

Pace: We run at a pace that everyone can follow along and make sure we get home together. I expect a time of 2:20-2:35

Routes: We are running a long circuit, the route is not marked but will be available as a download a few days before the race.

It is not necessary to download it and leave it in the watch, as we are followed by and Rico shows the way :-)

Out together, home together

Price: DKK 110 per run

Meals: There from the start, you will be handed a small bag with a variety of goodies for the palate. You bring your own drinks for the trip. After the race there will be a beer or soft drink

Diplomas & Medals: Yes

Timing: Rico takes the time and uploads it after the race in Sportstiming

Results: After the race, Sportstiming.dk will be updated with today's result

Bathing / Changing: No
