Ringeriksmaraton is a running festival that annually sees several thousand runners cross the finish line. The marathon course runs from Vik by Randsfjorden to Eggemoen. You can choose between running a full marathon alone, or as a relay with 2 people with 21.1 km per run. stage, 4 people with approx. 10 km per stage, or 8 people with approx. 5 km per stage.

The Children's Ringeriks Marathon is organized in a round of 600 meters from Søndre Torg in Hønefoss and has several hundred children on the starting line every year.
