Saldilten

Descripción

Saldilten is a road race that follows a gravel road along the beautiful Heimdalsbotnet. The race has been awarded the designation of quality race by the Norwegian organization for fitness sports - Kondis. This means, among other things, that the trails are controlled. Furthermore, that we have competition classes from the 12-13 year class, so that even young people who are keen on running can compete against their peers in healthy competition. As part of TEAM SØRENGET and together with Vemundvik Idrettslag, Botnan IL is the organizer of the Saldilten road race.

The half marathon has the start and finish at the same place and the first and last part follow the same track as the 7-kilometer. The trail must be described as somewhat demanding as there are many hills, especially in the area where the trail turns. The 7 kilometer is an easy trail with a couple of easy hills along the way. The trail runs along the fjord in beautiful nature. It is the 7 kilometers that have made Saldilten so popular.
