Descripción
The Sandnes Ultratrail is an ultra race of 50 and 100 miles in technical terrain in the Sandnes Alps. The route starts from the FKT trail "Sandnes lengste". The trail is unmarked and participants must follow GPS tracks, or use a map and compass. There will be several food stations along the way and the possibility of 3 drop bags for 100 miles and 1 drop bag for 50 miles runners.
The race is organized from Alsvik nature center where it is possible to spend the night in a tent. There are also barbecues under the roof, benches and toilets available.
The routes for 23 km and 43 km follow the last part of the route for the longer distances. 10 km, Jæderrunden, starts and ends at Alsvik nature centre.
