Run and hike in the sunset on Solastranden.

Medal for all finishers.

Walking trophy for the best woman and man in the exercise run.

We have pacers at:

20 minutes (4 min/km)

25 minutes (5 min /km)

30 minutes (6 min/km)

Use the speed controllers at the start to position yourself correctly at the beginning in relation to the expected speed - then there will be less overtaking.

It is possible to store luggage indoors at the hotel.

Toilets (limited capacity!) are available at the hotel.

As the course is so short, we do not have drink stations along the way, but water and sports drinks are available at the finish line.
