Round run of 7.04 km. There is running on asphalt, gravel, the beach and on forest paths. There may be a swamp with some water that needs to be forced, it depends on the amount of rainfall in the weeks leading up to the race. The route is marked with flags and marking tape.

Covid 19 friendly depot at the start and finish area and water depot at approx. 3.5 km. After the race, there is a sandwich and a beer or soda per person. participant. There will also be coffee and cake.

Reservation in good time of the ferry ticket and possibly accommodation at a hotel or campsite is necessary, as there is a Quay Festival this weekend.
