We hold CannonBall races according to these principles, the races will be according to club 100's rules.

The races will take place on different routes, the route will be mentioned under the current event.

There will be both races that are marked with flags and arrows, or only with GXP coordinates, this will appear from the current event.

All races are at your own risk, and pictures will be taken that will be on fb or the website.

The most important thing, however, is that we must have a party every time we jump in our running shoes.

Start times:

There will be starts at 0800 and 0900

Marathon start at 0800, is primarily for runners with finish times of 4 hours and 30 m

At 0900 will there will be marathons, half marathons and lap races.

Catering:

There will be a depot in the start/finish area, where there will be sweet/sour food and various drinks.

The route:

The route is run several times adapted to the distance you have signed up for (round race, half-marathon or full-marathon)

The route must be described as flat, and very scenic.
