The 10.6 km route, which is run 2 times for the half marathon and 4 times for the marathon, is relatively flat with a few small climbs, all the way on asphalt, in the countryside in open countryside. (in windless weather the route is good for a PR. at our first race in February made 3 out of 9 half marathon PRs.)

5.7 km is basically a flat route on tarmac. good for pr.

The children's route of 1.6 km is on asphalt, a little grass and a little gravel path.

For the marathon and half marathon, there is a depot at the start, 10, 20 and 30 km and at the finish. and liquid at 5 km.

At the finish line there is water, fruit, coffee/tea/cocoa, cake and an Easter egg for all participants.

You are welcome to walk the 1.6 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon routes, however, there is a maximum time of 5 hours.

Note that with late registration there is no guarantee of a medal, write and ask

Children's run 1.6 km

DKK 125 incl. specially made steel medal. Depot, water and fruit in measure as well as cake and a small Easter egg for everyone.

DKK 50 without medal.

10 per participant this time goes to Children, Youth and Sorrow.

Changing clothes is possible, but not bath. there is a toilet
