The terrain carousel in Arendal/Grimstad is for everyone, whether you want to walk, jog or run. During the season, there will be 16 different races in varied nature. The races take place on Tuesdays with individual starts between 15.00 and 18.00, as well as joint starts from 18.00. Everyone who takes part in at least 10 of the 16 races will receive a great prize from Magnor Glassverk.

In this race at Lunderød Stadium, the light trail is followed for 400 metres. It then carries upwards on forest paths to Kjenna, which is approx. half way. The trail then continues on gravel back to Lunderød via Stampefoss. There is quite a downhill on the last part.
