The trail from Egsjordet crosses the lower Baneheia. A bit of a climb at the start, so mostly only nice soft paths before the descent to the finish.

The terrain carousel in Kristiansand is both a ride and a workout in great hiking areas in and around Kristiansand. Participate in single races, or all the races in the carousel.
