Tromsdalstind Skyrace and Bønntuva Skyrace follow the same route as Hamperokken Skyrace from the center of Tromsø towards Tromsdalstind. Participants in the Bønntuva Skyrace turn around after 7.5 km, while the Tromsdalstind Skyrace continues to the top of Tromsdalstind (1238m).
