Remember light if necessary. headlamp and reflectors on the clothes as we will hit the dark on the last trip out along the water, so it can be very dark.

Lap race 10.55 km. NOK 60 incl. medal.

Route: Out home, which is run twice during the half marathon.

Depot: During and after the race there will be a depot with something to drink and some sweet and salty food.

Medal for everyone who completes the race.
