The route is marked with a pink flag and is 0.5 km, which must be run 42 times, plus a small prologue of 100 meters.

Each participant gets their own depot that can be visited after each lap. It will contain water, fruit, sweet and salty. In addition, there will be home-baked cake, coffee/tea, cocoa as well as beer and water.

Participant fee: DKK 100 incl. print your own diploma and special medal. Registration and payment must be made to mobilpay (letters and numbers) box27906.

We will then send a confirmation that you are on the start list.

There is a toilet at the start and finish.
