At WOX Telemark you can participate individually or as a team. Individually you are not dependent on waiting for others, you can run your own race and only have yourself to think about. 30 hinder. There is an ascent of 250 meters of altitude, where the first 200 meters of altitude will occur in the first 5 kilometres. 20 of the obstacles will be published before the race while 10 of them will remain a surprise until race day.
