SATURDAY 4/5-2024z BACK YARD on Sydfyn. Come to the time-limited Back Yard race on Sydfyn, where you can try your hand at standing at the start every hour, for 15 hours = 100.5 km👣☀️

It takes place on a beautiful natural route, which is 6.7056 km.

There will be a depot, consisting of cola, cocoa, fruit, chips, wine gums, every 3 hours something extra will be served, such as cake, soup, buns with butter and rye bread with liver pate 🧁 meal plan will come later,

If you want something else, you must bring it yourself.

There are medals for everyone, regardless of how many laps you run 🥇

Price DKK 300, which is paid to mobile pay at box 4679YM, with the name of the participant.

All the practical stuff :

We hope for good weather, or at last there will be an opportunity to be able to sit inside, where there are folding chairs available. There will be a large pavilion tent outside where the common depot is also. Here you can also have your own depot/chair standing.

There are 2 toilets in the house that can be used.

You need to have a headlamp/light with you for the last hours, as well as a reflective vest, as you are running smaller roads 👣

Clear signals must be given 3, 2 and 1 minute before the start.

All participants must start when the start goes, and it is thus not allowed to make a staggered start.

Each round must be completed within 1 hour , otherwise you are eliminated.

The race takes place on 4/5-2024 starting at 7.00 – end at 10 p.m. Address: Kousbækvej 20, 5600 Faaborg.

There will be an opportunity to come the day before and spend the night in the basement where we have a large room available and a toilet, but you must bring your own mattress/duvet.

There is no charge start-up fee back on cancellation, but you are welcome to sell your number on yourself.
