The Gjerdrumsløpet is an exercise race that was organized for the first time in 2009. It has previously been organized on Gjerdrumsdagen itself, under the name Gjerdrumsmila. You can choose between 12 km w/time, 8 km w/time or 4 km w/time. The trails are laid out so that they take you into Romeriksåsen on beautiful paths and dirt roads. This is a race for everyone – regardless of age and physical condition.
