Gjesdal Trailrun mainly runs on trails in open and beautiful terrain northeast of the athletics facility in Gjesdal. Usual hiking trails are followed up on Kodlifjellet and Håfjellet. These can sometimes be demanding with some rocks and slippery sections, so the use of good mountain shoes with a good grip is recommended.
