Lomseggen Upp

Lomseggen Upp starts a stone's throw from Lom stave church and climbs 1154 meters up to the finish at the top of Eggjapiken. The track starts with a few hundred meters on tarmac, it quickly changes to a forest road and path up through the forest. The trail continues through Breheimen National Park up to the finish line at 1,531 meters above sea level. The view from the top is formidable and you can see both Galdhøpiggen, Glittertind and the rest of Jotunheimen.

There is both a competition class and a trim class. In the competition class, there is a requirement for a bag that must weigh at least 2 kg and contain warm clothing.
