Moon Valley 7 - 17 Lakes Run

Moon Valley 7 and 17 Lakes Run run on unmarked trails in the mountain area around Måndalen in Rauma and participants must navigate themselves with GPS. The terrain is wet and rocky and you have to expect a slow pace. The races are in principle self-support and only simple serving at drink stations along the way. External support is not permitted.

The races are part of the Moon Valley Run Festival which also includes the uphill race Klauva Opp.
