Descripción

Welcome to a beautiful race in the scenic Ådalen in Jämjö outside Karlskrona. You run on paths along the meandering river, past a waterfall and through a sea of white sedges. A pleasure regardless of whether you run or walk.

The course is just over 5,000 metres. 3700 meters of trails or more unpaved terrain. The rest of the stretch is gravel or asphalt. 3000 meters runs along the scenic Ådalen. A beautiful path along the winding river that also offers some slopes. Trail 10 km, the course runs two laps. Walk/run has a different stretch at the end with a path instead of unpaved terrain.
