Do you have any kind of functional variation, go to a primary special school or work in day-to-day activities or at a day care center? Welcome to the TCS Lidingörullet & TCS Lidingöruset!

The TCS Lidingörullet is for you who use rolling aids to move along the 2 kilometer track.

In the TCS Lidingöruset, you can choose to run 1.7 kilometers or 4 kilometers.

After the finish, all participants receive a medal, fruit and drink and can celebrate to the music from the stage. A perfect start to the TCS Lidingö race weekend!

You can participate in the races with or without an assistant. Assistants participate free of charge.
