Welcome to Trail in Trørød.

Here you have the opportunity to get out and have a nice, exciting and not least a challenging route. You have the option of running 5 or 10 km in the hilly terrain.

The route:

The run starts inside the forest and takes you out on a hilly route, where you run both in Enrum Forest and Trørød Forest. You run on the small paths in the forest, where the experiences are greatest! You will encounter hills, mud and ditches to pass. All put together in a trail route where all levels can still participate. All levels are welcome at this race, whether you are a new runner or have a lot of experience. However, it is always a good idea to show up in trail shoes!

5K starts at 09.00

10K starts at 09.20

There are prizes for the top 3 m/w
