After the discovery of a tiny tunnel here in the vicinity and that the road that leads there was on trail and through a church and a cemetary, and the road leading back passed another church we had no choice than to figure out a way to incorporate this into a race. Pairing this with the easy logistics of doing cannonball marathons, where the length is measured in laps and not length, no matter how long the laps are! Combining this with night running for adventure (and since we do not have anything better to do in the nights) we finally had a race. An ultra that was scenic, trail-ish, long and hard but still "easy".
