Aalborg Halvmarathon

Then we're ready - and you can get ready to lace up your running shoes on 2 June.

In 2024, the morning race will return - this time with a quarter marathon and half marathon distance, which of course both go through the Limfjord Tunnel. The half-marathon route is brand new, so you can prepare yourself for a wide range of new experiences all the way around.

As yet another new initiative, there is an opportunity to participate in a mini-half-marathon of 2.1 km, especially targeted at families with children and others who think that 10 km is just far enough. This route will not go through the Limfjord tunnel, but will of course be an integral part of the festivities at the meeting place.

We have put in the effort to create an exercise experience that exudes a fantastic event atmosphere and community - and pushed the buttons we know mean the most to you as participants. That's why there are a number of new elements in store, such as

A new route for the youngest – a mini-half-marathon of 2.1 km (this does not go through the Limfjord tunnel). The route is for families with children and runners who think 10 km is too far, but still want to be part of the exercise festival in Aalborg.

More entertainment and special zones that give you an energy boost out on the routes.

Greater focus on the overall experience in the finish area, where the participants from both Aalborg Half Marathon and WALKin Nordjylland can celebrate and party together.
