Are you ready for the ultimate endurance test? Backyard Ås is the race where limits are challenged and only the strongest remain standing. The race format is simple but brutal: Complete a 6.7 kilometer lap every hour, on the hour, until only one person is left.

How does the race work?

Every hour a new lap starts, and you must finish within 60 minutes to continue. If you fail, you're out. It's a game of both physical and mental strength, where strategies and endurance are put to the test.

Backyard Ås is not just a race – it's a race against time, a race against exhaustion, and a race against yourself. Become part of a global phenomenon, test your limits, and maybe, just maybe, be the last person still running.

The race starts and ends at Eika Sports Center, where we offer indoor accommodation, changing rooms, shower facilities and a food station for energy replenishment.
