Description
Bodom Trail is one of the most popular trail runs in Finland. It takes place in Pirttimäki recreational forest in Espoo, 30min drive from Helsinki center and even less from Helsinki airport. Parts of the course extend almost to Nuuksio National Park. Bodom Trail combines an inspiring nature experience, an exciting physical challenge and a great atmosphere and suits for all runners from elite to novice.
In Friday’s team event, the start takes place mainly team by team at one minute intervals except for the competitive runners of each team in the 10k distance who will start first.
In the 12/21km class, runners will start in 30 person waves at one minute intervals. Runners can enter the start area and select a start wave that they expect to match their running pace. The fastest runners will start first.
