Description
The race is run on a 7.032 km circular route with 3 fluid depots, where fruit, water and energy drinks are available. After the race, there is water and fruit for all participants. There is also the opportunity to buy food and drinks in the finish area, which will primarily be made by Bovbjerg Lighthouse and from local ingredients, here you also have the opportunity to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and cheer on the runners.

There are toilet facilities and the possibility of light changing at and around the lighthouse. There is no possibility of bathing, unless you take a dip at the beach.
