Marathon, Half Marathon and round-trip race, where there will be beer in the depot. There will be beer from most of the microbreweries on the Funen Beer Route.  Date: Saturday, 11-10-2025 Start at 11.30 AM NB Subject to change of start time Time limit: 7 hours Start and Finish are at Cafe Arthur at the harbor in Søby, right where the ferry arrives and where the bus stop is. The longer the distance, the more beers you get to taste. The beer is changed for each round you run. The route: It will be a 3.5 km route with start and finish from the harbor in Søby. Price: Marathon 325 kr = 12 laps = 12 different beers Half Marathon 275 kr = 6 laps = 6 different beers Round-trip race 250 = max 5 laps = max. 5 different beers All amounts are exclusive of Sportstiming fees upon registration. When registering, you can purchase beer, braised neck steak with side dishes including 1 Ærø beer for only 150 kr. Cafe Arthur is responsible for this menu. There is 1 depot that you will pass after each round, i.e. every 3.5 km. Here there will be different beers. There will of course also be water, cola, chips, biscuits, sweets, etc. You will get a cup of each beer, 1 cup is approx. 0.2 liters. To control how many rounds you have run, there will be a checkbox on your race number. If you want non-alcoholic beers, please notify the Race Director in good time by sending an email to kurtandersen1703@gmail.com We have a limit on the number of participants. Stay updated on www.facebook.com/aeroe.fun.run Registration closes on 04-10-2025 or if sold out before then, late registration not possible. Timing: You time yourself and make sure to note your time when you reach the finish line. The watch must not be on autopause, and you must not pause the watch manually during the race. We follow Club 100 Marathon rules. There is a possibility to change clothes and shower at the start/finish area at Søby Havn. These are Søby Havn's bathing facilities and a shower costs 10 kr (coin operated) Keep informed about ferry times at www.aeroe-ferry.dk where there is also a link to the bus times. It is also possible to sail from Rudkøbing to Marstal with Ærøexpressen HOME - ÆrøXpressen (aeroexpressen.dk) Buses are free on Ærø After the race there will be a Finisher medal for everyone. Diplomas can be printed from the results page. We encourage participating runners NOT to drive after the race. So if you want to stay overnight on Ærø, you can find information at www.ærø.dk, but otherwise use the Facebook group "Oplev mit Ærø" By registering, you also accept that you run at your own risk. Traffic rules must be observed, and good behavior is a given. You also accept that photos will be taken on race day and some of these will be posted on Facebook. In the event of injury or other reason for not being able to participate, the money will not be refunded. The running number cannot be transferred to the following year. However, you have the option to sell your running number and the name can be changed until 4-10-2025. When you sell your number, you must email your Ret-selv code from Sportstiming, so the buyer can then correct all personal information themselves.
