Esrum Sø Rundt is the classic challenge for all exercisers who want to try their hand at running in hilly terrain and in beautiful, open landscapes. Whether you are fresh off the sofa, train several times a week or keep in shape by running to work, Esrum Sø Rundt has a route for you.
Children's run is free for children born in 2012 or later (5 km). and for children born in 2016 or later (1.5 km).
