Description
The route is 4.2 km. long with approx. 127 meters of altitude on each lap. Anything from 1 to 12 laps can be run, and it is possible to run for 6 hours
There will be a water depot out on the route. - At the venue there will be a depot with water, juice, fruit and something sweet
There will be a medal for the first 70 registrants who complete one or more laps
1-5 laps: DKK 150. + fee 6-12 rounds. DKK 200 + fee
It is not possible to change clothes and shower. - There is a public toilet at the venue
