Follotrimmen 2025! Follotrimmen is a running carousel consisting of 8 races in 2025

at various locations in Follo, with different distances, surfaces and course profiles. Follotrimmen is a unique sports and social event, perfect for those who want to experience the joy of running together with your colleagues and friends. You choose whether you want to participate in time, or just complete the distances. Here you can compete against yourself, or measure your strength against other runners.

Mass start at 18:00 on race day.

Start numbers are collected in GOOD TIME at the event on race day. Everyone who completes 4 of the 8 races qualifies for a prize.
