Half marathon start at 10:00

Info 10 min. before start

Depot: Water, juice, cola, matadormix, banana and chips as a minimum.

Bread and cold cuts after the race.

Toilet: At the start and finish

Route: 6.7 km which is run 3 times for the half marathon and 6 times for the Marathon. Plus a prologue of 1 km. (2 times for the Marathon)

Medal: For everyone who completes. Different medal for half marathon runners who register after 21 participants have been reached.

Price: Half marathon 75 kr., Marathon 90 kr.
